Security (TenancyEngine)

Manage multi-factor authentication, backup codes, and trusted devices for your console login.

Console: Settings → Open security settings (/settings/security) — use the ? help icon on the Security page header.

From Settings, open Open security settings to review MFA status, regenerate backup codes, revoke trusted devices, and disable MFA. TOTP enrollment and email verification still use the account hub when required.

Account hub

Some flows open the dedicated account hub (account.tenancyengine.com in production):

• TOTP enrollment and email verification before first MFA setup
• Changing preferred login method or phone number after enrollment

The Settings page also links to the account hub so operators can reach those flows without hunting for the URL.
